Deutsch: Zusatzschild 724 d - nur Personenkraftwagen (Sinnbild). Das Schild entstand im Rahmen der am 1. März 1971 gültig gewordenen Straßenverkehrs-Ordnung (StVO). Schilder in dieser grundsätzlichen Ausstattung wurden bis zum 1. Juli 1992, dem Tag der Inkrafttretung der StVO-Novelle von 1992, hergestellt. Dieses mit einem amtlich nicht dafür vorgesehenen Sinnbild ausgestattete Zusatzschild gehört in diesem Fall zu Zeichen 314 „Parkplatz“. Zeichen dieses Typs sollten normalerweise 450 mm hoch und 300 mm breit sein. Das für diese Größe vorgesehene Zusatzschild mußte die Größe 300 × 250 mm besitzen. Seine Lichtkantenbreite sollte 14 mm (oder 10 mm) betragen, der schwarze Rahmen hatte 15 mm breit zu sein.
Wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, wurde das falsche Sinnbild verwendet. Das hier gezeigte gehörte in den Kontext der damaligen Zeichen 321 bis 324 „Parken auf Gehwegen“ (senkrecht zur Fahrbahn). Amtlich war ein eigenes, anderes Sinnbild für seitlich sichtbare Personenkraftwagen auf den Zusatzschilder vorgesehen. Im Verkehrsblatt 21 (1971), S. 587 wird für solche Fälle erläutert: „Verkehrszeichen, die den Bildern der Anlage zur StVO nicht nur in Kleinigkeiten nicht entsprechen (sog. Phantasiezeichen), sind regelmäßig nichtig, daher unbeachtlich und auch nicht bußgeldbewehrt.“ Das Zeichen verwendet noch eine alte Form der DIN-Schrift, wie sie bis zur Schriftreform von 1980/1981 Verwendung fand. |
