Español: Figura 8. Degradación de las zonas de ovocitos intactos por proteasomas de esperma aislados.

Los óvulos en maduración se incubaron con proteosomas de esperma purificados durante cuatro horas con proteosomas de esperma no activados.

Los óvulos control (g izquierda) y tratado con proteasoma (g derecha) también se procesaron con anticuerpo anti-ZPC inmediatamente al final de las 4 h de coincubación, lo que provocó un patrón de digestión y abrasión de la zona (zona derecha) similar al observado en los óvulos por FIV pretratados con proteasomas activos.
