English: Zimbert Amsinck. Born 9 November 1650 in Hamburg, died 28 August 1696 in Hamburg. Son of the Hamburg merchant Rudolph Amsinck and Anna Jenisch. He studied law and earned a licentiate's degree in law in Strasbourg in 1674. He then became an advocate (barrister) in Hamburg. He married Johanna Ulcken, the daughter of a merchant, on 8 October 1691. |
