Description
English: View of the sand dump and the steel sheet piles that were placed just before and behind the Ruigeplaatbrug for the damming of the lock connection in the Schiemond in Delfshaven. In the background the water tower from 1883 on the Schiehavenweg, which was demolished in 1968. Year: 1966.
Nederlands: Zicht op de zandstort en de stalen damwanden die vlak voor en achter de Ruigeplaatbrug geslagen zijn t.b.v. de afdamming van de sluisverbinding in de Schiemond te Delfshaven. Op de achtergrond de watertoren van 1883 aan de Schiehavenweg die in 1968 gesloopt werd. Jaar: 1966.
