English: View of the Scheepmakershaven and surroundings affected by the German bombardment of May 14, 1940, with remnants of buildings. In the background the former Roman Catholic church of the Onze Lieve Vrouwe Onbevlekte Ontvangenis or Wijnhavense kerk later warehouse on the Wijnhaven. As a result of this bombardment, the center of the city was largely destroyed.
Nederlands: Gezicht op de door het Duitse bombardement van 14 mei 1940 getroffen Scheepmakershaven en omgeving, met restanten van gebouwen .Op de achtergrond de voormalige rk kerk van Onze Lieve Vrouwe Onbevlekte Ontvangenis oftewel Wijnhavense kerk later pakhuis aan de Wijnhaven.
