Description
English: A waybill (zavazadlová průvodka) for a transport of a toy set by train from Praha střed (since 1990 Praha Masarykovo nádraží) to Rožďalovice, Czech Republic. The ticket for the transport of luggage was issued in three copies: the original (prvopis) remained at the issuing station until month-end, when it was sent to a regional accounting center (KPT). The first copy (waybill - průvodka, shown here) was with the employee in charge of the luggage. The last copy (luggage ticket - zavazadlový lístek) was given to the passenger, who had to hand it over at destination when collecting the luggage. The form has a preprinted dispatch station, which was common for stations with a high business volume.
