Summary
[edit]DescriptionYuzuvinegar.jpg |
English: A small bottle of commercially produced yuzu vinegar. According to the package, the Mitoku brand yuzu vinegar is made by the Komatsu Yuzusui company in very small batches using only the finest "yuuki" grown yuzu, a rare Japanese citron juice. Wonderful as an addition to salad dressing, or used to make home-made ponzu or sudachi sauces. Also perfect in cooking yudofu (simmered tofu), a satisfying cold weather dish or added to miso to make a refreshing yubeshi tasting miso. High in Vitamin C. Ingredients: Japanese yuuki-grown yuzu juice, sea salt. Product of Japan. Imported by Natural Import Co., Biltmore Village, North Carolina. Purchased at the Food Co-op in Cleveland, Ohio. Photo taken in Kent, Ohio. |
