日本語: 吉祥寺駅南口に所在する京王吉祥寺駅ビル。手芸・ホビー専門店のユザワヤ吉祥寺店としてのほうがおなじみだが、かつては「ターミナルエコー」というテナントビルだった。現在は京王電鉄が所有している。築40年で老朽化が著しく、2010年末より改築のため解体工事に入った。新ビルは2014年4月に完成、4月23日に「キラリナ京王吉祥寺」として開業。なお、ユザワヤは2010年4月から2013年まで丸井吉祥寺店に移って営業していた。
