| Description |
English: Shooters Hill, London SE18. The pub sign and part of the forecourt of The Red Lion pub on the side of the A207. The Royal Mail previously operated an exchange point for bags of mail at a Post Office near to this pub. This triangular-shaped milestone with attached 'distance' plates is situated on the inside of the boundary hedge belonging to Christ Church, Shooter's Hill, thus it seems likely that it was moved from its original roadside position at some point, perhaps to preserve it?
