| Description |
English: A view east from the temporary bus terminus at New Zealand Farm Camp in the Salisbury Plain army training area in Wiltshire. Two Routemaster buses are approaching, operating the 2011 Imber bus service, the once a year service connecting the abandoned village of Imber to the rest of the world. Imber was evacuated during World War II, and is now part of the training estate. Routemaster RMC1510 (reg. 510 CLT) is infront, arriving with the 16:53 bus from Brazen Bottom. Behind it is RML2344 (reg. CUV 344C) with the 16:59 from Imber. Both are on time, their expected arrival being 17:19. The bus stop flag is red Bath City Sightseeing one, as the Imber bus service is operated by the Bath Bus Company, who are also the franchise holders of that tour. |
