Description

Stone carving on the former York City and County Bank, Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It was designed by Stephen Ernest Smith (1845–1925) and John Tweedale (1853–1905), and completed in 1892. All exterior stone carving was credited to John Wormald Appleyard.
