ישיבת קדומים (בשמה הרשמי: ישיבת אלון מורה) היא ישיבה גבוהה הממוקמת בהתנחלות קדומים.

הישיבה הוקמה בחנוכה ה'תשל"ו (1976) בעלייה של גרעין "אלון מורה" לסבסטיה, על ידי תלמידי הרב צבי יהודה קוק. לאחר מכן, כאשר קיבל גרעין "אלון מורה" אישור לעלות לקרקע באזור מחנה קדום, הצטרפה הישיבה לעלייה. ראש הישיבה הראשון היה הרב נחום רכל, ולצידו כיהן הרב יוסי אנטמן כר"מ. בסוף שנת ה'תשל"ח (1978) החל הרב יצחק בן שחר לשמש כראש הישיבה, עד היום, ואליו הצטרפו בהמשך רבנים נוספים מבוגרי ישיבת מרכז הרב. לאחר משכנה הראשון הישיבה עברה למבנים משלה במעלה היישוב, ובאלול תשנ"ו (1995) עברה הישיבה לשכונת גבעת רש"י בקדומים, שם הוקמה שכונה סביב הישיבה.

נכון ל-2012 מונה הישיבה כ-60 תלמידים, רובם אברכים. תלמידי הישיבה באים מישיבות תיכוניות וישיבות קטנות-לאומיות וכן מישיבות גבוהות. הישיבה היא ישיבה גבוהה, ורוב התלמידים משרתים בצה"ל, בעיקר דרך מסלול "הסדר מרכז". בישיבה פועלים גם כולל דיינות, כולל בוקר לאנשי היישוב "משכן בנימין" על שם הרב בנימין הרלינג, מכון "עז לישראל" לתורה ומדינה ומכון "משפט ערוך" להוצאת כתביו של הרב זלמן נחמיה גולדברג.

הישיבה נאמנה למשנתו של הרב אברהם יצחק הכהן קוק. מלבד לימוד גמרא והלכה, עוסקים בישיבה גם בלימוד תנ"ך ומתמקדים בעבודת המידות והתפילה.

עם תלמידי הישיבה במשך השנים נמנו הרב דוד דודקביץ, הרב יהושע שפירא, הרב מרדכי גנירם, הרב ישראל אריאל (ליבוביץ') ואהוביה טבנקין.

מנהל הישיבה כיום הוא מתניה לוינגר.
