Summary
[edit]DescriptionYamaha YTS-23 TenorSaxophone.JPG |
English: A Yamaha "YTS-23" tenor saxophone, made in Japan. The serial number on this instrument dates manufacture to April 1986, according to enquiries made to Yamaha Corporation. The YTS-23 is regarded as a student-grade instrument, but has a good action and decent intonation with neutral to bright tone-colors. Many professional players have one as their "back-up" instrument. The Yamaha "TS-100" is identical to the "YTS-23" (all parts are interchangeable) and was sold in the Far East, Australia and New Zealand.
