Title
YORYM-D45BF4 Medieval cloth seal of Leeds
Description
English: Lead cloth seal bearing a shield of Leeds. The object is circular in plan, slightly bent, with the remains of a loop on one side. The face of the object shows a fleece suspended on a cord within a shield with a bi-concave top. The outer border of the face has beaded decoration. There are indistinguishable scratch marks on the reverse of the seal. The reverse was not photographed due to an oversight at the event at which this object was recorded.
