Description
English: Y.G. Chavan (Yeshwantrao Govindrao Chavan) was a famous movie / film editor and a stalwart of Indian Film Industry. He was the only film editor associated since Guru Dutt started, till his demise. Mr. Chavan was an unsung hero, stood behind the scenes. All films stars of the yesteryears were quite concerned with the best shots taken during the shooting of the movie and moving forward the depended on the editor to give his best. Every film producer, director and actor sat beside Mr. Chavan and selected their best shots and performance and it finally rolled out in the movie theatres.
