Description The Grumman YC-2A Greyhound prototype (BuNo 148147), during its first flight on 18 November 1964. This aircraft was also the E-2A Hawkeye prototype, which had been converted to the C-2A. This aircraft crashed into Long Island Sound a flew weeks later. Sadly, the crew died of exposure.
