Description
English: Current area of Xincan languages (dark blue), and area with Xincan toponymy (clear blue).
  • A small family of Mesoamerican languages, now extinct, once spoken by the indigenous Xinca people in present day southeastern Guatemala.
  • C. 13th century most of western El Salvador had been conquered by Pipil people.
