English: Ximena is shown selling chips prepared with sauces for people in her university. Her main motivation for doing so is being able to help her community grow little by little, and to be able to reach out to people that are interested in joining. While developing communication and rapport skills with customers for retention, the selling is the easiest part of the job. However, paying for transportation to gather materials and ingredients, and taking time off her other line of work is interrupted and uncompensated; this, as well as planning and lack of support are shown as a difficulty for her, having to coordinate this and other activities to earn money for her student section. Given that the community that Ximena has a goal of growing and developing is made up of mostly men, it has been a barrier for her to be heard and to gain respect among fellow members, as well as to be followed. Even so, she has kept speaking up, showing up, and moving forward. Hopefully in the future she can be part of a larger community, and lead it to break through in the entertainment industry.
