Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Western Xia imperial tombs, Tomb No. 3, Yinchuan, Ningxia, China. Roof tiles from the tomb vicinity collected together on the east side of the tomb complex. There are two cages full of roof tiles, each 50m long, on either side of the tomb complex, in total several tens of thousands of roof tiles and tile fragments which were excavated from the area immediately surrounding the tomb mound. These provide clear evidence that the tomb mound is the core to a structure with roofs and eaves.
