Xalatan (latanoprost) by Pfizer Belgium for Russian market, 2024.

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Xalatan (latanoprost) by Pfizer Belgium for Russian market, 2024. After the onset of the war, Pfizer "pulled out" of selling to Russia directly. Instead, many of their former products are distributed through Viatris. This Xalatan carries Viatris branding, but the package clearly says made by Pfizer in Belgium. OTC price in Moscow 8-10 USD per 2.5 ml vial. Generics are a tad cheaper but not by much (5-7 USD). List price in the US, 300 USD go figure.
