English: X-ray of ultrasound-guided marked of breast cancer. 42-year-old woman. Ultrasound-guided marking was performed with a metal guide of the 11-mm nodular lesion not previously clipped in upper-outer quadrant of left breast with criteria for high suspicion of malignancy, leaving the distal end of the harpoon piercing it. The lesion is located about 16 mm deep from the skin surface. Pathology: Invasive ductal carcinoma over ductal carcinoma in situ |
