(4) Is unpleasant and often dangerous to touch. (5) Will pass across loose connections or even throughsome insulating material. The induction coil and a few transformers have bothcoils wound on hollow concentric cylinders, the primarywithin the secondary, and the space inside the pri-mary coil is filled with thin iron sheets or wires.
