Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Wylies Hill On the day of visit there was a silly season news story about Mynydd Garn Goch on the Nantlle Ridge in Caernarfonshire being elevated to a "mountain", by being resurveyed from 609m to 610m. This perfect example of a mountain in the Welsh usage of the word, is still stuck on 609m. I doubt anyone will lug some top range GPS equipment up here, and if it does gain a few millimetres, it will hardly make the news. Donald baggers however would be well advised to visit this hill, just in case. Commons Note: Classified as a mountain here because we use the DEFRA definition of 600m ASL or more.
