Description
Deutsch: Wuppertal, Nordbahntrasse westlich des Zugangs Am Eskesberg, Geländer-bewehrte Mauer ohne Zugang. Fragt sich also, wer hier vor dem Herabfallen geschützt werden soll. Es handelt sich anscheinend um eines der berühmten "Soda"-Geländer, die einfach nur so da stehen, weil Bürokraten aus einem der zahlreichen Berliner oder Brüsseler Elfenbeintürme eine völlig wirklichkeitsfremde Vorschrift erlassen haben. Wäre nur zum Lachen, wenn diese überflüssige Metallskulptur inklusive Montage nicht eine hohe vierstellige bis sogar fünfstellige Summe gekostet hätte.
