English: Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, provides opening remarks during the Na Koa Wounded Warrior Canoe Regatta at the Fort DeRussy Beach Park Aug. 16, 2014, in Honolulu. The Wounded Warrior Canoe Regatta marks the events sixth anniversary. Twelve teams competed in the wounded warrior division, 33 teams competed in the military division for active duty, National Guard, Reserves and veterans and nine teams competed in the youth division.
