English: Woolmer Green: Robbery Bottom Lane (Roman Road) The Romans must have been having something of an off day when they built this as the straight line setting out leaves just a little to be desired. The route of the road follows the line of trees snaking across the fields in the distance towards Datchworth. This is a view taken from by the tree visible in Martin's 229201 looking back towards his view point. |
