Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Woodseaves Cutting and High Bridge, Shropshire Union Canal, Shropshire. Woodseaves cutting is deep and narrow. There is always the possibility of landslip into the canal from the steep sides, despite the dense covering of trees and bushes which help make the whole stretch a gloomy and damp experience in most weathers. In this image, High Bridge, constructed of large blocks of local sandstone, looms through its accompanying foliage.
