English: Womersley, the 'Blue Lagoon ' This man made lake, formed by quarrying, is situated on the eastern side of Northfield Lane, which runs between Womersley and Knottingley. It is now used by a private diving club. I have no idea what a fighter aircraft is doing parked up at the side of the lake !! |
