Description
English: Seattle's 1909 City Directory lists 27 theaters. Seven featured plays and thirteen showed movies. Six theaters, including the Lyceum, featured vaudeville shows, with singers, dancers, and comedy acts.

This photo shows a group of women performing at the Lyceum Theatre in about 1909. A piano sits in front of the stage. Its front panel has been removed to make the music louder.
