Handwritten on verso of copy print: House built in 1869 by C.D. Boren for his mother Sarah Latimer Boren Denny (Mrs. John) on the site of the present main post office at Third Ave & Union St. She was the mother of Mrs. A.A. Denny and Mrs. David T. Denny.
