English: Title: Women's Policy Committee of the War Manpower Commission. First meeting of the Women's Policy Committee of the War Manpower Commission held on October 1, 1942. The committee is to aid in mobilizing women workers for the war effort. Standing, left to right: Dr. Lillian M.
