Description
Deutsch: Der Wohnblock Grögersweg 9, Rübenkamp 80, 80 a-c (hier der Blick vom Grögersweg auf die Nordfassade) wurde 1925 bis 1929 nach Plänen von Albert H.W. Krüger errichtet. Auffällig sind die aufrecht stehenden Klinker, die keinen traditionellen Verband mehr bilden und so deutlich machen, daß sie nur noch eine Fassadenverkleidung bilden. Die versetzt ausgebildete Nordfassade sorgt dafür, daß aus jeder Wohnung auf den Stadtpark gesehen werden kann. Der Block wurde am 6. Mai 1986 als Beispiel des Siedlungsbaus der 1920er Jahre unter Denkmalschutz gestellt.
