Titel: Witte kop en schotel met blauw logo Gemeente Ziekenhuis Rotterdam
Herkomst: Het Bergwegziekenhuis lag aan de rand van de wijk Liskwartier in Rotterdam en werd in 1908 gesticht als aanvulling op het Coolsingelziekenhuis. Door de snelle bevolkingsgroei van Rotterdam was deze laatste instelling namelijk te klein geworden. Door een fusie met het IJsselland Ziekenhuis (Capelle a/d IJssel) werden de gebouwen aan de Bergweg overbodig, afgebroken en vervangen door sociale woningbouw.
