Description
Nederlands: Beschrijving Langs het Damrak, gezien over het water; op de voorgrond enige beurtschepen (Damrak I)

Gezicht vanuit de achterkant van Warmoesstraat 56 (de werkkamer van de journalist J.F.L. de Balbian Verster) op het Damrak. Op de voorgrond rechts steiger 1 (vertrekpunt voor de beurtschepen naar Veendam en Leeuwarden), links steiger 2 (beurtschepen op Alkmaar). Op de achtergrond Damrak 22-35 (ged.) met in het midden de ingang van de Karnemelksteeg met op nr. 28-30 de bouwput voor het pand van de Verzekeringsmaatschappij De Utrecht. Voorstelling in spiegelbeeld.
