2013 Photo Challenge Week 4 Winter. I was freezing just standing there at the shoreline park taking pictures. What it was like swimming in the little stream that runs down to the Bay I cannot imagine. These little birds are hardy and tough. If you decrease the contrast very sharply, then the light colored patches in the foreground resolve into rainbow patches of oil. Ick. The blue cast of the mud is simply reflected skylight, after the sun has set. Lightened, contrast slightly increased. |
