Description
English: NASA satellite image of Winter Storm Leo at peak intensity off the West Coast of the United States, on January 22, 2017. This storm was one of the most powerful storms responsible for the 2017 California floods. The storm was also one of the most powerful storms to strike the state of California since the January 2010 North American winter storms. The storm came only a couple of days after Winter Storm Kori (II).
