Description
English: Slightly everted cylindrical form with pinched indentation at rim and two mascaron handles. White ground decorated with coat of arms surmounted by a coronet and supported by two dalmatians (leopards, ermine?) regardant; the shield is partly per saltire azure and argent, and has the star of an order suspended from the base. Swags and foliate forms below rim and above base.
