English: William Pūnohuaweoweoulaokalani White (1851–1925) was a politician, orator, and newspaper publisher in the Kingdom of Hawaii. He served on the Hawaiian Kingdom legislature in 1890 and 1892, help Liliuokalani draft the 1893 Constitution that led to the Overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii. He became editor Ahailono o Hawaii, an anti-Annexationist newspaper, in 1897. The caption reads: "William White, of Lahaina, Maui. Husband of Mrs. Aupuna White." |
