SALE. By virtue of an order of sale and execution issued out of the District Court of 2nd Judicial District, Gila County, Arizona Territory, dated the Cth day of December 18S7, in a certain action wherein IsabellSharp as Plaintiff, recovered judgment against" William H. Dur-yea as Defendant, for the sum of fourteen hundred and twelve 83-100 dollars and cost of suit amounting to twenty-nine 25-109 dollars on the 31st day of October A. D. 1887, I have levied upon the following described property, to-wit: Lot 33, in Block 73, also Lot No. 3, in Block No. 88, according to the official survey of the town-site of Globe, Gila Co., Arizona Territory, made by A. G. Pendleton and C. H. Wallace SdrYcypr3, June 1882, said property was formerly Known as the Silver Mill & Mining Company's mill site and property. Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. Public notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of January 1888, at 11 o'clock a. m., of that day, at public auction, in front of the court house door (Stallo's building) at Globe, Gila County, Arizona Territory, I will sell all the right, title and interest of the said defendant William H. Duryea in and to said described property to the highest and best bid-der'to satisfy said order of sale and execution and all costs. Terms Cah in hand. GEO. E.
