Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Wilhadibrunnen (“Willehadus Fountain”) in Bremen, Germany, in front of the Cathedral before the beginning of its relaunch in 1888. The fountain had been built in 1880 in honor of Saint Willehadus, first bishop of Bremen, melted down in 1942. The "Late Romanesque" portal of the cathedral has instead of a Romanesque tympanum a window with Late Gothic tracery.
