Yesterday I drove down to the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, which takes about two hours from Placitas. I wanted to try out my new Sony RX 10-iv. It arrived a couple of days ago. I quickly learned that I should have spent more time in the learning phase before using it in the field. But anyway, I got a handle on what I need to learn and proficiencies I need to master before the next trip. I'll post some of the shots that came out halfway decent here, starting with a Bang. (This is a cropped image taken at 600mm focal length, full-frame equivalent, and sharpened with Piccure+.) |
