Deutsch: Das Marc-Anton-Monument, auch als Marc-Anton-Gruppe bezeichnet, an der Friedrichstraße und neben dem Secession-Gebäude im 1. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Innere Stadt.
Die Bronze-Großplastik wurde von 1899 bis 1900 von dem Secessions-Künstler Arthur Strasser für die Weltausstellung 1900 geschaffen und Ende 1900 oder 1901 neben dem Secessiongebäude aufgestellt. Es zeigt den römischen Feldherrn und Politiker Marcus Antonius im Triumphwagen, der von Löwen gezogen wird. |
