Auf Wunsch der Bevölkerung wurde der Josefsteg, der ursprünglich 1926 gebaut wurde, aber nach dem Krieg verschwand, wieder hergestellt und am 17. 12. 2001 von Umweltstadträtin, Dipl. Ing. Isabella Kossina und Vertretern des Österreichischen Bundesheeres eröffnet. Die Brücke wurde im Auftrag der Nationalpark Forstverwaltung Lobau von Soldaten der Militärtruppenschule Klosterneuburg und dem Pionier Bataillon 3 - Melk erbaut. |
