English: Whomping Willow Lake Whomping Willow Lake on the southern edge of Cambourne. This and nearby Sirius Lake were created as part of the development of the new village of Cambourne, west of Cambridge. Presumably the lakes were named after "characters" in the Harry Potter books. |
