PETER HENDERSON & CO., NEW YORK.- GENERAL WHOLESALE CATALOGUE

/(-UE.

Peter • fjei^dersoq • & • Go's
"EASEL SEED CASE.
(PATENT APPLIED FOR.)
THESE were designed by ourselves and are unequalled for an
effective display of a good- sized assortment of Henderson's
Tested Seeds. For shipment they fold together and pack
in small compass. One side is devoted to vegetable seeds
and the other side to flower seeds. Each compartment will hold
from 10 to 20 packets of seeds, according to the size of the seed.
A tray on each side contains the cartons of Peas, Beans and Corn.
These " Easel" Seed Cases are the finest ever sent out, and
they are durably made of highly finished woods.
The different varieties of seeds are fully displayed (a patent
contrivance always keeps the packets to the front), so that cus-
tomers can see exactly what is wanted without disturbing the con-
tents of the case, consequently the seeds sell themselves.

  • These "Easel" seed cases we do not sell, but we will loan one to

every dealer ordering our seeds in lithographed packages and bulk
combined (in fair proportions), to the amount of not less than
Sjo.oo, net, annually, at wholesale rales.
No charge for packing or shipping, but freight charges must be
paid by customers.
THE "EASEL SEED CASE " stands 5$ feet high from floor to top of sign, is 2l feet long x 24 feet wide, has 45 compartments for
vegetable seeds, 72 compartments for flowerseeds, and the trays will hold 100 half-pint cartons of Peas, Beans and Corn (in 10 varieties )
The varieties comprising this collection are such as our experience has shown to be the most popular and salable though of course
you are at perfect liberty to make your own selections from the list on page 19 and our Retail Catalogue for the current year.

This image is in the public domain because it is a mere mechanical scan or photocopy of a public domain original, or – from the available evidence – is so similar to such a scan or photocopy that no copyright protection can be expected to arise. The original itself is in the public domain for the following reason:
Public domain

This work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 70 years or fewer.

This work is in the public domain in the United States because it was published (or registered with the U.S. Copyright Office) before January 1, 1929.

This tag is designed for use where there may be a need to assert that any enhancements (eg brightness, contrast, colour-matching, sharpening) are in themselves insufficiently creative to generate a new copyright. It can be used where it is unknown whether any enhancements have been made, as well as when the enhancements are clear but insufficient. For known raw unenhanced scans you can use an appropriate {{PD-old}} tag instead. For usage, see Commons:When to use the PD-scan tag.

Note: This tag applies to scans and photocopies only. For photographs of public domain originals taken from afar, {{PD-Art}} may be applicable. See Commons:When to use the PD-Art tag.
