DescriptionWhitewater - 'triple step' on the river Guil in French Alps.jpg |
English: This is a rapid called 'triple step' on the river Guil in en:French Alps.
I took this photo in July 2001, while Rob Tuley stood and stared at the rapid for about 20 minutes, deciding whether he dared to kayak down it. It was extremely high water levels that year due to snow melt. In the end he chickened out. But we went back there the next year and he did it. photo [dead link] Taken on my old fujifilm MX1500 digital camera. This is the "full" 640 × 480 resolution image from the camera (hey! this was 2001) |
