Summary
[edit]DescriptionWhitecliff sign on the coast path - geograph.org.uk - 1026909.jpg |
English: Whitecliff sign on the coast path The stretch of coast between the northern edge of New Swanage and the southern edge of Ballard Down is called Whitecliff - presumably a reference to the exposed chalk in the adjacent Ballard Cliff. This stretch of coast is owned by the National Trust and the sign and steps in this photo are on the coastal path as it enters Whitecliff from the south. |
