Description
English: White Cross, Hereford. This fine wayside/Market cross stands on the junction of A438 and A4110. The cross was built by Bishop Lewis Charlton and depicts his coat of arms, a 'lion rampant'. It was the site of a temporary market that was held here during the time of the plague.
