Description

Dopo il grande successo dello scorso anno, venerdì 5 ottobre 2018 si è tenuta la seconda edizione del “White Coat Ceremony dell’Harvey Medicine and Surgery Course”, un momento dedicato agli studenti del corso i medicina in lingua inglese “Harvey”. Durante la cerimonia, gli studenti dal terzo anno in su hanno ricevuto dai docenti del corso i camici ospedalieri, questo momento segna l’inizio vero e proprio del periodo di tirocinio negli ospedali e nelle cliniche pavesi, che si svolge dal terzo al sesto anno di corso. Gli studenti, dopo aver ricevuto e indossato i camici, sono stati chiamati a recitare all’unisono il Giuramento di Ippocrate (Hyppocratic Oath).

Il corso di medicina Harvey ha preso spunto dalla tradizione, molto sentita nelle facoltà di medicina statunitensi, britanniche e internazionali, e dallo scorso anno ha iniziato a proporre questo importante evento ai suoi studenti, la cerimonia si svolta interamente in lingua inglese.
