What is dew?

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dew is one of the most amazing natural phenomena. Where do these eye-catching drops of water come from in the early morning? Nature lives by its own laws and rules, which scientists try to explain. the origin of dew is a natural process in which the atmosphere, hydrosphere and earth's surface constantly exchange moisture. It arises from vapors, their movements in the atmosphere, subsequent condensation in the form of periodic precipitation and runoff back to the world ocean. This process is called the great or world water cycle in nature. Along with it, there are two other small cycles: oceanic and continental. The first occurs directly above the ocean and, like the world cycle, is a continuous process of moving moisture. In the same way, the continental water cycle passes, but only over land areas. It should be noted that as a result of this process, the ocean loses more moisture than it receives. On the continents, the situation is the opposite: precipitation falls much more than evaporates. But in the end, all of them that have ever fallen on land, return to the ocean.Among all the types of precipitation that are formed as a result of the water cycle, dew is perhaps the most amazing. On hot summer days, moisture evaporates from the surface of lakes, rivers, streams, as well as plants and soil. At night, the air temperature decreases and can reach a value that is sufficient for the saturation of water vapor. This state is also called the dew point. There comes a time when the steam can no longer remain at this point and settles on the surface of the earth, plant leaves, etc.in the form of water drops. But as soon as the first rays appear above the horizon, the dew immediately begins to evaporate. So if you want to see this wonderful phenomenon of nature, you need to do it at dawn.Since ancient times, people washed themselves with dew from grasses and trees and walked on it. Dew, absorbing the healing power of plants, sparkling in the morning sun, gave health and joy to man.
